We are driven by the needs of the global marketplace for environmentally sensitive and responsible building products and for building systems which enable cost-effective and fast build-times without sacrificing the qualities you would expect in today’s modern housing. Our system can be used in all types of new builds from a very simple Social house to a large multi story office. Our technology can also be easily applied to any exciting structure to give it the same leading fire protection and noise reduction properties as a new Crupe system build.

Crupe Systems meets and in some cases exceeds current technical and product standards relating to thermal (energy), acoustic and fire regulations.

We believe that we provide the only “all-in-one” technically advanced and environmentally sensitive building solution available in the market today (when compared with any single product which offers comparable qualities).

The International Team at Crupe Systems has a broad range of experience and expertise which have enabled us to complete the development of this product and building system and to bring it to the global market in a professional way.

Our Head Office is located in Switzerland and our Research and Development Centre is in Southern Spain (Estepona). In addition we have local co-ordination offices based in Hong Kong (for Asia) and Uruguay (for South America).

What makes Crupe unique?

Crupe Systems was founded on 5 Principles - and it is the combination of these 5 key principles within the one product that make Crupe unique in the marketplace today. These 5 Principles define us and everything we do.

• COST - No other product in the market today provides the same combined characteristics as Crupe at the same cost cost level. The reference cost of a new build with our system is currently ca. Euro 100 per m² of living space (exc. labour and fittings, windows, doors, flooring etc.) and ca Euro 8 per m² for fire rating and insulating existing or older buildings - market (local dry-mix of cement, gypsum and EPS cost) dependent.
• RECYCLABILITY – we use a high percentage of recycled material in our product. Our product contains 100% recycled EPS (expanded polystyrene) and when we can we also use recycled (slag) cement and (synthetic) gypsum. Other ingredients are water and sand and a mix of mineral based addiFves which we supply. We can use salt and fresh water. Our buildings are highly recyclable – limited only by the ability to separate the EPS, Cement and Gypsum at the end of the life cycle again.
• USABILITY – our material is extremely light-­‐weight and the sprayed application system is both simple and fast to work with. We can achieve applicaFon rates of up to 40m² of material per user per hour (generally unheard of in the industry) and the feedback from our customers is that the teams not only enjoy working with our system but actually prefer it. The material has a similar PH to the skin – as far as we know we have a zero illness and irritation occurrence working with our material.
• PERFORMANCE - no other product that we are aware of has the same level of combined performance characteristics as CRUPE – Period! Refer to the attached comparisons with the leading products and systems in the market today. Crupe is a product that mimics cement based systems but without the inherent weight, shrinkage and cracking disadvantages of concrete. Crupe is extremely fire retardant and acoustically efficient. It has a low air aspiration rate and all of the dry‐mix ingredients can be easily sourced locally. Crupe provides all of these performance characteristics from just one dry mix based product – that is Crupe Systems.
• ENVIRONMENT – Buildings which are built or renovated with Crupe Systems are more energy efficient buildings. Our system results in a monolithic building (our material envelopes the structure thus with far fewer thermal gaps) and the Crupe material itself is highly insular and as outlined above is made from largely recycled and natural (mineral) materials.
